Blogs Galore.
Since starting this blog, I have found myself with a new and unfortunate guilty-pleasure: spending minutes of my day browsing the blogs of others. It is a sad, miserable, humiliating past-time that I have developed but it has led me to the discovery of a couple of blogs that have caught my attention (as easy as it may be). One in particular is The Crepes of Wrath. The up-close-and-personal photographs of the featured food are without a doubt my favorite aspect and succeed in causing my mouth to salivate profusely every single visit. I can just see myself devouring 'Stewed chicken curry,' or even better, the 'nutella banana oatmeal muffins.' The website is plain, minimalistic and easy to navigate. The creator has helpfully tagged each of her entries into categories for even easier browsing. The full length blogs are only visible when you click on a link at the bottom of the main post, which will then redirect you to the full length blog which features step-by-step guides and recipes to baking and cooking these tantalizing creations. This aspect helps to make the main page less cumbersome and overwhelming for visitors. And of course, another one of my favorite features of this blog is the links to other blogs- which translates into more aimless, unproductive, mindless blog browsing for me!
